Largest Contentful Paint for your homepage and top 5 pages, measured every hour from 6 regions on a desktop profile. We use the 75th percentile across the month, the same threshold Google uses for Core Web Vitals.
What happens if you miss it?
We credit 25% of that month's bill automatically and an engineer investigates within one business day. Two misses in a row and you can leave with a full refund for that period.
What's excluded?
Third-party scripts we don't control, such as ad networks and chat widgets, are measured separately and listed in your report so you can see their cost.
